There are two available current downloads: the release and thethe Beta branch. The trunk build is closed. Unless the beta release contains fixes, as described in version history, that you need, the stable version should be downloaded.

Bliss 7 is closed for active new developement. Developement is proceeding on Bliss 9 which will eventually replace Bliss 7. Bug fixes for Beta and Release will continue to be supported in the foreseeable future.
[ Download Trunk Build of Bliss ] This is a password-protected distribution; not to protect anything valuable but rather to discourage unstable versions from propagating. Its major use is for alpha testing on different machines and operating systems. Download only upon request. The pesudo version of this product is WinBliss8.0.0
